Redevelopment of the back of the Gare de Lyon: housing, offices and a neighbourhood centre around a square open to all.

The programme brings together 30 collective dwellings, from studio to five-room flats, alongside essential amenities: a bicycle room and ground-floor retail. At the heart of the district, a 1,500 m² community hub offers flexible spaces for sport, the arts and cultural events.

The scheme also includes 2,000 m² of offices, with modular meeting rooms and shared spaces. The plan works on mixed use, safety and access to the square.
