5★ hotel, Saint-Tropez

Client-assistance mission on the site of a five-star hotel in Saint-Tropez (93 rooms), extended to works supervision in order to keep the delivery on schedule.

Brought in as client's representative, I was quickly tasked with works supervision, given the time remaining to deliver the hotel on schedule.

Daily site supervision, coordination of contractors and trades, pre-acceptance (OPR) and snagging (OPL) inspections: the challenge was to hold a tight programme without compromising the standard of execution expected of a high-end hotel.
