Villa extension

A 90 m² extension on the east façade of a villa in Saint-Tropez, connected to both levels of the main house: living room and kitchen on the ground floor, two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms upstairs.

Conceived as a natural continuation of the existing house, the extension rises over two levels on the east façade and ties into the floor levels of the main villa. The ground floor holds an open living room and kitchen; the upper floor, two bedrooms each with their own bathroom.

Regulations required a stormwater study to size the retention tanks treating roof runoff. The documents shown are taken from the planning application filed with the town hall.
